We are a private pay treatment center and do not accept any type of insurance.

We are not contracted with any insurance companies and we do not file insurance or accept any type of insurance as payment, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or TennCare. Costs associated with care are the responsibility of the client. While we will provide you full documentation of all care, Brookhaven Retreat is not responsible for filing insurance claims or your insurance company's final decisions regarding reimbursement. Your insurance company may be able to assist you in making a retroactive claim.
