Send Message to Client

If you wish to send a message to a client at Brookhaven Retreat, you may submit the following form. Please indicate the name of the client to whom the message should be given. Our staff will print out the message and pass it on to the treatment team. The treatment team will then deliver the message to the client the following morning. Note that we cannot verify delivery of the message or confirm or deny the presence of any person as a client.
