Social anxiety causes overwhelming thoughts such as:

- “I’m unlovable”
- “What if nobody likes me?”
- “What if I run out of things to say?”
- “I’m weird”
- “No one will talk to me”
- “I’m inadequate”
- “I look stupid”
- “Everyone is judging me”
